Abstract
This study aims to determine, analyze and measure the effect of Motivation, Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance at SD Cluster VI Bengkalis District. This research was conducted at State Elementary Schools which are members of Cluster VI in Bengkalis sub-district with a population of 119 and a sample of 119 teachers, with the method used in determining the number of samples in this study is the total sample method using census techniques so that the number of samples is as much as 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis where Path analysis used SPSS 21 and SmartPLS programs. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that motivation has a positive relationship to job satisfaction, and has a significant impact. work motivation has a positive relationship to performance, but does not have a significant impact. Work Environment has a positive relationship to Job Satisfaction, but does not have a significant impact. Work Environment has a positive relationship to Performance, but does not have a significant impact. Organizational Culture has a positive relationship to Job Satisfaction, but does not have a significant impact. Organizational Culture has a positive relationship to Performance, and has a significant impact. Job satisfaction has a positive relationship to performance, but does not have a significant impact on the performance of PNS teachers at SD Cluster I, Bengkalis District.
